Ingredients: 10 bars of green asparagus 1 large handful of mixed lettuce leaves, picked in bite-sized pieces 100 g of peas 100g beans (fresh or frozen) 100 g young peas 2 tbsp olive oil Juice of ½ lemon Pepper and salt Preparation: Briefly fry the asparagus at will.
