—— CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION——
The competition will be conducted by Troll Cosmetics GmbH. Any natural person may participate in the raffle. Excluded are members of Troll Cosmetics GmbH and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the raffle. The competition runs from 29th June 2018 to 06th July 2018. The winners will be determined within 3 working days after the end of the competition.
The winner will be determined by a lot and then published on Facebook or Instagram. The winners will then be requested to contact us via personal message to communicate the postal address for sending the winnings.
If the winner does not answer, the draw will be repeated.

The indication of personal data is necessary for winner handling. The participant assures that the information provided by him about the person, in particular first, last name and postal address are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without consent, nor will they be left for use. They are used exclusively for the winner handling (sending of the prizes) and are deleted after the conclusion of the raffle.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his username on Facebook or Instagram.
The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to Troll Cosmetics Gmbh. After revoking the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
