Vitamine salad with asparagus
Asparagus is rich in anti-inflammatory substances and it helps calming the skin.

Cooking time: 5 min.
Ingredients:
10 bars of green asparagus
1 large handful of mixed lettuce leaves, picked in bite-sized pieces
100 g of peas
100g beans (fresh or frozen)
100 g young peas
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Pepper and salt
Preparation:
Briefly fry the asparagus at will. Put the lettuce leaves and the remaining vegetables in a large salad bowl.
Drizzle with oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the salad with your hands. Taste and serve immediately.
